Lavash is a thin, soft flatbread found across Turkey, Armenia and the wider Levant. It is flat and flexible rather than loaf-shaped, making it well-suited for tearing and pulling through thick mezze, or for wrapping around grilled meat from the Turkish grills collection. Za'atar Bread - $19.90

Za'atar bread is the hero of this collection. A flatbread base is covered in za'atar, a blend of dried thyme, sumac, sesame seeds and olive oil, then baked until the surface is fragrant and slightly crisp at the edges. This is a Levantine staple with enough presence to carry a meal on its own, not just sit alongside one. At Zuzu, it is one of the most recognized items on the menu.

Cheese Za'atar Bread - $19.92

The cheese za'atar bread takes the same fragrant flatbread base and adds white cheese before baking. The result is richer and more filling than the plain version, where the earthiness of the za'atar mix meets the salt of melted cheese.
